Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to inform treatment planning, ensuring effective interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare team members, addressing both mental health and substance use treatment.

• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention to clients facing emotional and behavioral challenges, guiding them towards stability and recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports consistent with departmental protocols and regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LICSW licensure in Washington State.

• Proficient in electronic medical record systems and other digital tools, with strong skills in word processing, emails, and spreadsheets.
