Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and psychological needs, using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling for clients struggling with mental health issues and substance use disorders, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that align with clients’ goals, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
