Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique mental health needs of your clients, leading to the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address client concerns and enhance their coping mechanisms.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring compliance with relevant practices.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprised of psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to deliver integrative and cohesive care.

• Participating in routine case consultations and peer review sessions to continuously refine treatment approaches and uphold high standards of care.

• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families, guiding them through mental health issues and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
