All of US Counseling Services is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in a full-time remote position. This position is fully remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance. As part of our detox center, you will have the opportunity to support individuals undergoing substance use treatment and recovery. Our therapists operate within a collaborative environment, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies that streamline administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on providing exceptional clinical care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including comprehensive progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
\n
• Efficiently manage your calendar and schedule ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring availability for at least 20-25 hours of therapy per week and a minimum of 2 evenings per week.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to share insights, strategies, and resources that enhance the therapeutic process for clients and promote a positive work culture.
\n
• Agilely navigate complex clinical cases, including varying diagnoses and treatment needs, promoting an individualized approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse range of clients, from individuals seeking supportive therapy to couples navigating relational challenges. The detox center setting calls for a level of compassion and understanding, as you will support clients at varying stages of their recovery journey, addressing mental health concerns intertwined with substance use issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution is required.

• You must hold an active LICSW license to practice independently in Washington State.
\n
• Exceptional professionalism, therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency are essential to the role.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to self-motivate and efficiently prioritize tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant experience or specialized training in couples therapy will be advantageously considered.

• Previous experience working within addiction recovery or inpatient treatment settings is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and USD 100,000 annually, supplemented with performance bonuses.
