Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our dedicated team at the Detox Center. The work schedule includes a rotating shift pattern that may require evening and weekend availability, ensuring that our clients receive support when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, strengths, and treatment needs, tailoring interventions to best support each individual.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to aid clients in managing their conditions effectively.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nursing staff, to formulate coordinated and integrated care plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Guide clients and their families through understanding various diagnoses, treatment options, and medication information, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to foster healing and promote mental wellness.
\n
• Work closely with the treatment team to develop personalized treatment plans, incorporating the patient's preferences and goals into their recovery pathway.

• Advocate for clients within the complex mental health system, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources throughout their treatment.

• Lead psychoeducation sessions and therapeutic groups, focusing on skill-building and recovery-oriented strategies, as well as participate in discharge planning meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders. You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, each dealing with unique challenges related to mental health and substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Ability to work compassionately and effectively within a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members into our family.
