Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and preferences.

• Provide direct therapy and counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, documenting progress, treatment effectiveness, and necessary adjustments in care.

• Facilitate access to essential community resources, including support groups, financial assistance, and additional mental health services to promote overall well-being.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case discussions, and professional training events to enhance service delivery and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
