Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments, looking into clients’ strengths, vulnerabilities, and resource needs to provide tailored interventions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling through video calls to individuals, families, and groups, using techniques aligned with our commitment to client-centered care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
