Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients and their families, evaluating factors such as emotional well-being, social dynamics, and the psychological impact of physical health challenges.

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and ADHD, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans, establishing achievable therapeutic goals that leverage appropriate psychotherapy methods, such as cognitive therapy and crisis intervention.

• Utilize psychological principles and methods to observe and modify human behavior, actively documenting clinical findings in medical records to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults across various demographics, many of whom may be encountering significant life challenges such as trauma, chronic illnesses, or substance misuse. Your role will not only involve direct counseling and therapy but also advocacy for the needs and perspectives of clients, ensuring they receive holistic and individualized support tailored to their unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, complemented by relevant internships that meet professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
