Work Environment\n

This full-time position is designed for remote work, providing significant flexibility for our employees. At Peaceful Place Therapeutic Solutions, we leverage state-of-the-art telehealth technology which allows our clinicians to engage with clients across Seattle and beyond. While you will primarily work from your home office, your contributions will directly impact our hospice center's efforts to support individuals during some of the most difficult times in their lives.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs, challenges, and strengths, creating personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other tailored approaches.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish and track tangible, measurable goals during the course of treatment, evaluating progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Maintain compliant, detailed, and confidential client records in adherence to state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the protection of client information.

• Stay current with advancements in therapeutic practices and partake in ongoing training activities to enhance your clinical knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Peaceful Place, you will work primarily with individuals facing complex emotional and situational challenges linked to serious illness, life transitions, and loss. Our clientele includes patients within hospice care, along with their families who may also be navigating difficult emotional landscapes. This position requires sensitivity, empathy, and an understanding of the nuances of grief and end-of-life issues.

Qualifications\n

• Valid Master’s degree or higher in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
\n
• A strong background in clinical social work with a focus on therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Proficient understanding of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based treatment approaches, with demonstrated clinical expertise.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by the ability to build rapport with clients and families.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and reporting is a plus.

• Previous engagement in crisis intervention and conflict resolution techniques is beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
