Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological and emotional well-being, and create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, to address the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to uphold client confidentiality.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic and comprehensive care for our clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve service delivery, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Stay current with the latest research in the mental health field and integrate new findings into practice to provide the most effective care.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
