Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide in-depth counseling and therapeutic support to clients and their families, addressing issues such as trauma, addiction, and interpersonal conflict.

• Facilitate connection to critical community resources, including rehabilitation services, housing assistance, and mental health resources, ensuring clients receive integrated support.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and risk assessment for clients in distress, including developing safety plans and liaising with emergency services when necessary.

• Work closely with community agencies and organizations in a collaborative manner to coordinate multi-faceted services and advocate effectively for clients' needs.

• Participate in outreach efforts to raise awareness of available services, contributing to community education about addiction and recovery pathways.

Qualifications\n
