Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including tailored discharge plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments.

• Conduct thorough assessments for each patient to determine their emotional and behavioral needs, and provide appropriate interventions to support their mental health.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with departmental policies, ensuring all patient interactions are tracked proficiently.

• Deliver crisis intervention and counseling to patients, guiding them through emotional difficulties and behavioral challenges to promote recovery and coping strategies.

• Engage with patients' families and support systems, facilitating communication and coordination for effective treatment and discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LICSW will primarily involve working with individuals in a detox program struggling with substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
