Work Environment\n

This role is set in a climate-controlled office environment where the remote nature allows for flexibility and comfort. While primarily virtual, you will have opportunities to engage with colleagues and collaborate with department members regularly, ensuring an interactive and supportive work atmosphere. Daily movement within the detox center will also help you stay engaged while performing essential duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Perform thorough patient assessments, diagnose mental health conditions as appropriate, and track progress over time using established clinical tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

  Create, implement, and maintain personalized treatment plans that consider cultural diversity and the unique needs of the patient population served.

  Utilize evidence-based practices to support and enhance patient outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of care interventions systematically.

  Coordinate care by establishing referral pathways, serving as a critical link between patients and necessary treatment providers to ensure holistic care.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
