Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients seeking detoxification services, gathering history, presenting concerns, and identifying potential risk factors to develop a comprehensive understanding of their emotional state.

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, ensuring the planned interventions effectively address their mental health issues and promote their recovery journey.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed practices, to deliver targeted support that fosters emotional well-being.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, empowering clients to share their experiences, develop coping strategies, and grow personally as they navigate their recovery.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and recovery specialists to ensure a well-rounded and effective treatment approach, providing comprehensive care essential for the success of our clients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques, and coordinating referrals for clients requiring more intensive mental health services.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring transparency and accountability in care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals undergoing the detoxification process, many of whom may be experiencing substance use disorders along with co-occurring mental health challenges. By providing empathetic assessments and treatments, you will play a crucial role in supporting their emotional resilience and facilitating a smooth transition into recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, preferably in a mental health or substance use setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
