Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans, informed by thorough psychosocial assessments and evidence-based social work interventions.

• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate clients' psychosocial and emotional needs, providing timely and effective interventions as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation according to departmental policies, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Offer counseling and crisis intervention to clients grappling with emotional and behavioral challenges, facilitating a safe space for healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
