Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, using established tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop individualized care plans tailored to cultural diversity and the unique needs of the patient population served.

• Create structured treatment options through continuous assessments, adjusting interventions based on effectiveness and patient feedback.

• Maintain accurate, timely records of treatment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and department procedures using current technology.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to devise comprehensive treatment plans that prioritize patient safety and desired outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals and act as a liaison between patients and treatment providers, enhancing the continuity of care.

• Educate and mentor interns, students, and volunteers, fostering a supportive learning environment.

• Engage in peer-to-peer reviews and clinical audits under the guidance of your clinical supervisor to advance team skill sets and service quality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
