Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments, ensuring continuity of care and effective discharge planning.

• Conduct timely and thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and behavioral health to craft effective interventions suitable for their individual needs.

• Document clinical and progress notes accurately in accordance with departmental policies, employing our electronic medical records system to track patient progress and share critical information.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services, facilitating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings and adopt coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with children and adolescents grappling with the aftermath of abuse and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of unsupervised experience as a licensed clinical social worker.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program is mandatory.

• Possess an active and unrestricted LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.
