Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform diagnoses and treatment plans.

• Regularly monitor and assess patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to intervention strategies to support their mental health diagnosis effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatment activities, progress notes, and related clinical information in compliance with regulatory standards and departmental protocols.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with desired outcomes and individualized goals.

Qualifications\n
