Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients struggling with major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating individualized care plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices that encourage recovery and empowerment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care encompasses physical, emotional, and social needs, focusing on seamless service integration and continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through electronic health records (EHR), tracking client progress and outcomes to inform treatment adjustments and reporting requirements.

• Develop and lead community outreach programs that educate the public about mental health issues and assist in destigmatizing mental illness.

• Monitor client safety by identifying and addressing potential risks, actively working to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Continuously evaluate and enhance clinical skills by participating in ongoing training, supervision sessions, and professional development opportunities.

The clients served at Phoenix Behavioral Hub primarily include individuals experiencing substance use disorders and underlying mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
