Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and in-person evaluations for clients to determine their mental health needs and create individualized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing that empower clients to overcome challenges associated with addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings both in-person and remotely, actively participating in case discussions to ensure a cohesive treatment plan that aligns with best practices.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans via our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will be working primarily with adolescents and young adults who are navigating the complexities of addiction and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
