Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Conducting virtual psychosocial assessments to identify and understand client needs effectively.

• Delivering therapy and counseling services rooted in evidence-based practices, tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including medical providers and substance use specialists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Supporting clients in accessing necessary community resources, including housing, support groups, and rehabilitation services.

• Maintaining meticulous records of client assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes to ensure compliance and facilitate ongoing care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include individuals who are navigating the challenges of detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. You will work with a diverse array of clients, each facing unique psychological and emotional challenges, requiring tailored strategies and interventions to support them holistically through their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
