• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of behavioral and mental health conditions for a diverse patient demographic, utilizing evidence-based tools.

• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services via a secure audio-visual two-way communication platform, ensuring adherence to best practices in telehealth.

• Document all client interactions, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately in the electronic medical record, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs while measuring treatment outcomes and adjusting approaches as necessary.

The LICSW will work with a broad spectrum of patients, including adolescents (12 years and older) up to geriatrics. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington, with the ability to practice independently.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or medical social work setting, demonstrating proficiency in individual and group therapy.

• Strong understanding of clinical terminology and treatment methodologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong capacity for empathetic and active listening.

• Prior experience working within a telehealth or virtual care environment is highly advantageous.
