Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students seeking clinical licensure, utilizing structured feedback and mentorship to facilitate their professional development.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to clients, utilizing individualized treatment approaches tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, community organizations, and resources to provide holistic care and appropriate referrals.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of client treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices and current research.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes while adhering to confidentiality standards.

• Stay informed about mental health research, new therapeutic techniques, and advancements in treatment methodologies to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. With a commitment to fostering resilience and wellness, you will support clients as they navigate their unique journeys toward recovery and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A valid state mental health professional license, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
\n
• Professional liability insurance to ensure compliance and protection in clinical practice.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating therapeutic expertise and client engagement skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous supervisory experience is beneficial, particularly in guiding clinical practicum students.

• Experience in delivering a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet diverse client needs.

• Familiarity with telehealth technology and best practices, given the remote nature of the position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, with generous above-market opportunities for unlimited earnings.
