Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision sessions to practicum students, offering guidance, feedback, and support as they navigate their clinical training.

• Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices for effective treatment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, referring clients to community resources and coordinating care to achieve optimal mental health outcomes.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in cooperation with clients to track progress and adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of clinical interactions, treatment progress, and supervision notes to meet regulatory and ethical standards.

• Stay current on the latest research, attending professional development events to integrate best practices and innovations in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice addresses a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. As you work with diverse clients, you will refine your therapeutic skills and techniques, adapting your approach to meet the unique situations of individuals and families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid state license to practice, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
\n
• Professional liability insurance to ensure your practice is safeguarded.

• Two years of relevant clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in supervising or mentoring practicum students or interns.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Training in specific therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.

Compensation and Benefits\n
