Working remotely, our Licensed Mental Health Therapists engage in a collaborative outpatient practice that combines flexibility with a strong sense of community. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexible hours to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments, understanding the unique experiences of each patient to create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, recognizing and integrating cultural considerations in all aspects of care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals, ensuring integrated and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support, utilizing strong problem-solving skills during mental health emergencies.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and expertise in evidence-based treatment methods.

• Proven experience in individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally responsive approaches.

• Solid crisis intervention skills, with a composed demeanor during challenging situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
