Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations that address clients' mental health concerns, utilizing validated tools to inform your treatment planning.

• Implement individualized therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and regularly evaluate their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.

• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who prefer to engage in therapy remotely due to geographical constraints or personal preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, and trauma-related conditions. Our clients come from different backgrounds and experiences, necessitating a nuanced and empathetic approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
