Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular supportive individual therapy sessions, effectively guiding patients through their therapeutic journey under the supervision of nursing staff.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active state-issued license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW (limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted).

• A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in mental health or clinical settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Ability to make informed and empathetic evaluations and recommendations for effective treatment strategies, guided by both clinical knowledge and patient insights.
