This remote position provides flexibility while maintaining a close-knit team atmosphere. Our outpatient office allows for an adaptable schedule to meet patient needs, typically operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique history and needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, while drawing on knowledge of cultural specifics to promote resilience and well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment approach, effectively addressing the whole spectrum of patient concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals from ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ communities, and various immigrant groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and the ability to implement evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering culturally responsive therapy in both individual and group settings.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
