Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience in your work schedule. While our outpatient office serves as a hub for team collaboration and client care, the remote aspect provides an opportunity to effectively manage work-life balance. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each client’s unique experiences and create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting techniques that resonate with the individual’s cultural and personal contexts.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing diverse frameworks to address a variety of mental health concerns and promote resilience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and various professionals to coordinate holistic and inclusive care plans.

• Offer crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies to ensure client safety and stability.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources to foster informed decision-making.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential electronic documentation in compliance with state and federal legal requirements.

• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings to share insights, enhance service delivery, and improve cultural competency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment principles, emphasizing cultural sensitivity.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy, especially with multicultural populations.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and a solid grasp of relevant computer applications.

• Deep commitment to ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
