Paragon Behavioral Health Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapists to join our remote outpatient team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work primarily from home while providing valuable mental health services to diverse populations. Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for a flexible work arrangement while still offering the structure of an outpatient setting. Our mental health therapists work Monday through Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. Our technology ensures seamless communication and maintains a collaborative culture as we work together to provide efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that are aligned with evidence-based interventions.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each patient's unique circumstance.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that address common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants and providing them with valuable insights and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care that addresses all aspects of patient health.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely support and guidance.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, therapies, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in the treatment process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to promote continuous learning and improved patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in a range of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and creating effective treatment plans.
\n
• History of providing individual and group therapy while demonstrating cultural competence.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly with patients from various walks of life.

• Exemplary judgment and unwavering adherence to professional ethics.

• Comfort with EHR systems and the ability to leverage technology for enhancing patient care.

• An ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
