Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that are sensitive to cultural nuances to develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.

• Implement a wide array of evidence-based interventions tailored to meet individual patient needs. This may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing best practices that promote resilience and mental well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to design integrated care strategies that foster holistic patient health.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, therapeutic options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
