Our business hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorders, determining the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms through structured interviews and validated assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and personal goals, incorporating their input and preferences into the therapeutic process.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive changes in clients’ emotional well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, empowering them with the knowledge to manage their mental health.

• Monitor and document each client’s progress throughout their treatment journey, making real-time adjustments to therapy plans in coordination with our multidisciplinary team.

• Engage in regular consultations with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to integrate care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s mental health are addressed.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in the treatment of mood disorders, actively incorporating new findings into therapeutic practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, case consultations, and team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and shared knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Your compassionate approach will be pivotal in supporting individuals from various backgrounds, ensuring their unique experiences and challenges are acknowledged and addressed within therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
\n
• Proven expertise in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities specifically for mood disorders, including but not limited to CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and effective collaboration techniques with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• A history of delivering successful therapeutic outcomes and improving patient quality of life through effective mental health interventions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
