The therapist will operate in a primarily remote setting, professionally interacting with clients through virtual platforms while maintaining essential outpatient office functions. Typically, the work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient availability and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to effectively address clients' needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive, integrated approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapy center focuses primarily on individuals who have been affected by trauma, including those suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and various dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
