Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate therapy sessions via video conferencing, utilizing best practices in telehealth to ensure client engagement and comfort.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

• Maintain extensive documentation of each client interaction, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards of care.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Intercare Health Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our therapists enjoy a generous fee split, ensuring you are compensated fairly for your expertise. Additional benefits include:
