Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories and therapeutic needs, laying the foundation for effective treatment.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices focused on trauma recovery, including the implementation of therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering emotional processing and coping strategy development for trauma survivors.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach to patient treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, providing immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and resources available for additional support and advocacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from trauma, including those with PTSD, complex trauma histories, and various dissociative disorders. You will play a pivotal role in their healing process by utilizing trauma-informed approaches designed to build resilience and empower patients through their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
