Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to cater to client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to gather detailed histories and identify targeted treatment strategies for clients.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building, adjusting them as needed based on clients' progress.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate clients' healing processes.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to express their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and work through their trauma.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, contributing valuable insights from therapy sessions to enhance overall treatment efficacy.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, helping clients navigate acute emotional distress.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, equipping them with resources to manage their mental health more effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
