Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, providing flexibility that empowers you to create your work-life balance. However, our outpatient office is open Monday through Saturday, which allows for client appointments tailored to your schedule. As part of our team, you will have access to ongoing professional development and in-house credentialing support to manage your insurance participation and scheduling effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, to identify their mental health needs and develop effective interventions.

• Perform initial comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that guide the therapeutic process while coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams.

• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely to uphold the standards of our department and ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in regular communication with other healthcare professionals regarding treatment strategies, therapeutic interventions, and overall care plans, participating in meetings such as patient rounds.

• Utilize clinical methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices, to implement strategies that foster positive outcomes in clients' individualized service plans.

• Provide case management support, collaborating with community resources and professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse spectrum of clients ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. At Inner Fire Wellness Center, we embrace a client-centered approach, ensuring that each individual receives personalized care tailored to their unique experiences and mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health or comparable clinical setting.

• Willingness to work between 10 to 40 hours per week to accommodate a variety of client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly CBT and trauma-informed care.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate efficient documentation and care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits\n
