Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility and ease of access for both employees and patients. Our team operates from a detox center, enabling us to bridge the gap between critical care and ongoing mental health support. Although the role is conducted from a home office, you will have consistent access to professional resources and a collaborative, team-oriented virtual work environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' specific issues, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops, addressing topics like anxiety, depression, and coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive and effective patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support to patients experiencing acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies.
\n
• Guide patients through the therapeutic process by educating them about their conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including case consultations and staff meetings.

• Stay informed about current developments and research within the mental health field to fortify your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of patients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. By employing a trauma-informed care approach, you will be instrumental in supporting patients with different backgrounds and experiences, ensuring a safe space for their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• Strong expertise in mental health disorders and a robust understanding of evidence-based treatment methods.
\n
• Demonstrated skills in performing comprehensive mental health evaluations and crafting effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing therapeutic services and conducting group sessions.

• Experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
