Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes, assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver psychotherapy services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective treatment.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records using our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular virtual case consultations and contribute to optional peer support groups, fostering an environment of mutual aid among therapists.

• Manage a caseload that reflects your clinical interests and accommodates your schedule preferences, providing the flexibility necessary for a sustainable work-life balance.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active LCSW license in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to comprehensive benefits that include:
