Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist at Bright Futures Counseling, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and crafting tailored treatment plans.

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Monitoring client progress through regular follow-ups and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Documenting sessions and maintaining accurate progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and support staff as needed to ensure integrated and holistic care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Bright Futures Counseling, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually for this full-time position.
