Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate clients' progress in overcoming their challenges.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all client interactions and treatment records.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and develop integrated care strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews, contributing to a culture of learning and professional development within the team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• A active license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
