Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including treatment interventions and outcomes, within our electronic health record system.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate client healing and growth.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, leveraging validated assessment tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include specific goals and measurable outcomes, tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Engage in ongoing consultation with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Participate in regular professional development activities and trainings to stay abreast of the latest research, trends, and therapeutic techniques in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services cater to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and active state licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and address a variety of mental health concerns effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Capacity to work independently while also being an engaging team member.

Preferred Experience\n
