Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide outstanding, evidence-based therapy services tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Conduct initial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address clients’ specific issues and goals, ensuring ongoing communication with clients for effective adjustments throughout the treatment process.

• Deliver therapy sessions in a virtual format, allowing you to connect with clients through video conferencing and telehealth platforms.

• Utilize a user-friendly scheduling and documentation platform to manage client appointments and maintain compliance with clinical practices, ensuring all records reflect up-to-date information and reflect regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required to ensure a solid foundation of knowledge and skills for effective client care.

• Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW issued by the State Board, allowing for independent practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of direct clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience working with specialized populations, such as children or individuals dealing with substance use disorders, will be prioritized. Familiarity with telehealth practices is also advantageous, as it highlights adaptability in delivering clinical services in a modern setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to this, a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 is available as a warm welcome to our team.
