Key Responsibilities\n

• Engaging directly with clients to set personalized treatment goals.

• Providing evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Implementing and regularly reviewing treatment plans to assess client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Collaborating with additional treatment providers, such as psychiatrists and outpatient agencies, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all sessions in compliance with agency policies.

• Maintaining a manageable caseload while keeping detailed session notes for clinical review.

• Participating in regular staff meetings to discuss clinical cases, treatment strategies, and organizational updates.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Your role is pivotal in supporting these individuals on their path to recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid professional license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required; further education is preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in mental health counseling, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
