Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, addressing a range of behavioral health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care tailored to our clients’ unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Stay informed about the latest best practices and evidence-based interventions in behavioral health, implementing new strategies as appropriate.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to ensure continuity of care and share insights on client progress.
\n
• Assist in triaging clients to prioritize urgent cases while managing a high caseload volume.
\n
• Work with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals and therapy needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic services to teenagers and young adults. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must hold an active license in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this role is between USD 100,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload volume.
