Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health challenges to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services across a variety of settings, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to provide coordinated care and support for our clients.

• Offer crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, employing your clinical expertise to de-escalate situations and ensure their safety.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma, including workshops and informational sessions.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current, independent, and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

Compensation and Benefits\n
