Work Environment\n

The position offers a remote work setting with a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. You will primarily engage with patients through virtual counseling sessions, though some in-person meetings may occasionally be necessary, depending on patient needs. Our operations are structured Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility required for scheduling based on client appointments. This adaptability helps meet the specific needs of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new and existing patients, identifying their specific needs and developing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and effective therapeutic approaches, supported by a solid foundation in evidence-based practices.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating successful treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
