Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of clients' mental health status, identifying areas of concern and determining appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Treatment Planning: Create comprehensive treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and approaches tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and needs.

• Therapy Sessions: Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide clients through their recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a broad spectrum of patients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma-related issues, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your ability to connect with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds will be crucial in delivering culturally responsive care that respects and honors each client's unique story and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Must hold a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Experience: A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities and populations.

• Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, alongside cultural competence in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
