You will have access to an outpatient office setting as required, where you can collaborate with other professionals, attend training, and engage in team meetings to discuss best practices and patient care strategies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage proactively with participants to preempt their need for crisis services, providing support and strategic interventions.
\n
• Complete and maintain crisis alerts, ensuring timely coordination with local county crisis services for effective response.
\n
• Manage transitions for clients requiring hospital or inpatient services, including documentation and care coordination with hospital staff to ensure smooth discharges.
\n
• Utilize crisis de-escalation techniques effectively to assist individuals in distress, serving as the Clinician of the Day and providing milieu support.
\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Exceptional clinical skills with a strong ability to develop rapport and trust with clients, ensuring their unique needs are understood and met.

Compensation and Benefits\n
