Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health statuses, identifying individual needs through detailed interviews and standard psychological assessments.

• Design and tailor customized therapeutic interventions to effectively address the multifaceted issues faced by clients, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use, and personality disorders.

• Regularly meet with clients to monitor progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, adapting methods to suit the diverse cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health care providers, including physicians and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and referrals as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, employing strong de-escalation techniques and resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• At least four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating expertise in individual and group therapy.

• A profound understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based practices, and the ability to apply cultural competence in therapeutic approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
